The lab PC's have a program FHOFER which will create a file of data containing the intensity as a function of position in a Fraunhofer diffraction pattern. Locate this program on the computer and run it; respond to the prompts for distance and wavelength with values from your experiment. Use xmgr to view the file FHOFER creates. Compare this calculation with your experiment. Include a screen dump of this graph in your lab report.
